Art Therapy for Women

Relax in this creative group for all female-identified people that is centered on therapeutic art making and genuine community support.

You will enjoy a range of deep and meaningful to light-hearted and fun expressive art activities supportive of emotional wellness. Talk about life, write and doodle about it, and share with a group of like-minded women who value mental health.

To participate, all you will need is a few colored pens/pencils, paper, and a desire to express yourself. You will leave each session feeling connected, respected, and curious about your life and your art.

Day: Thursdays

Time: 5:30pm

Cost: $35 per session



Art Therapy for Moms

Rest in a space with women who get it while celebrating you and your unique experiences in motherhood. Doodle, daydream, talk, listen, and nurse/feed and/or entertain your little ones in this relaxed therapeutic space for women with young children.

This space is centered on you, your group members, and what is relevant in your lives. We will use simple writing and drawing prompts to make art focused on shared themes, emotions, and experiences for moms who are taking care of little ones. Therapeutic art and community conversation will build your self-compassion and help you take pride in your mothering and feel less alone in this stage of life.

To participate, all you will need is you, your littles (if you’d like), something to write/doodle with and a desire to give and receive emotional support in creative environment.

Art Therapy for Students

Create, connect, and access drop-in trauma-informed mental health support in a friendly and affirming therapeutic space for college students.

You will enjoy a variety of simple writing, drawing, and doodling exercises that encourage self-expression and promote emotional wellness. Share your highs and lows of life in a community that celebrates your individuality and prioritizes your mental health.

To participate, all you will need is a few colored pens/pencils, paper, and an interest in expressing yourself while connecting with others who are here to do the same.
