Move and Restore
Connect with your body in these online guided groups focused on trauma-sensitive movement. These mindful movements empower you to develop a positive relationship with your body.
No yoga experience is needed and you can practice from a chair or the ground.
Family

Family Program
Youth and Beyond
Join a cohort of youth and their caregivers in a 10-week online program designed to teach families skills to support youth mental health.
Separate weekly groups create safe spaces for caregivers and youth to learn how to use art and mindfulness to support emotion expression and regulation.
Caregiver Group (Free)
Free Parent Group
This is a space for caregivers with youth of all ages to land, learn, and express themselves as we share therapeutic tips and tricks to support you and your family.
All are welcome and you do not need to have a child enrolled in programming in order to participate.
Youth

Skills Groups
Youth (10-12, 13-14, and 15-17)
Group is an online space for young people to connect, learn tools, and build skills that will support their mental health.
Each week we focus on a new social emotional learning objective ranging from anxiety and emotions to relationships, boundaries and self-esteem.
