Weekly online drop-in groups are a safe space to learn strategies to support positive mental health. Explore creative ways to connect with yourself while others do the same. Active to passive participation welcome.

Adults, Teens 13+

(MA residents only)

Move and Restore

Connect with your body in guided trauma-sensitive movement groups. Mindful movements support you develop a positive relationship with your body. No yoga experience is needed and you can practice from a chair or mat.


(MA residency is not required)

Youth & Beyond

10-week program to support youth and the caregivers. Separate weekly groups create safe online spaces for caregivers and youth to explore expressive and evidence-based therapies to support family mental health.

Families with Youth 11-14

(MA residents only)
